Asahikawa National College of Technology Supporters Association Rules

(name)

  • Article 1 The Society is referred to as the Asahikawa National College of Technology (hereinafter referred to as "College of Technology") supporters association.

(Purpose)

  • Article 2 The purpose of this association is to support the school education business in order to establish close contact between technical colleges and families and to foster students.

(Business)

  • Article 3 The Society will carry out the following business to achieve the purpose of the preceding Article.
  • (1) Contact between technical college and home
  • (2) Support for student welfare
  • (3) Support for student learning and extracurricular activities
  • (4) Subsidy for career support project
  • (5) Other matters deemed necessary to achieve the purpose of the Society

(Member)

  • Article 4 The Society shall be organized with the following members:
  • (1) Full-time member College student guardian
  • (2) Supporting members Those who have agreed with the purpose of the Society

(Executive)

  • Article 5 The following officers will be assigned to the Society.
  • (1) Chairperson /one person
  • (2) Vice President 2 people

(Executive duties)

  • Article 6 The President shall represent the Society, control his duties and chair the General Assembly.

(Selection of officers)

  • Article 9 Among the officers in Article 5, directors and audits shall be elected by regular members.

(Terms of officers)

  • Article 10 The term of office of officers is one year. However, it does not prevent re-election.
  • 2 If any vacancies arise, replenish them. Provided, however, that the term of the supplemented officer shall be the remaining term of the predecessor.

(General Assembly)

  • Article 11 The Society will hold a General Assembly to discuss budgets, financial results and important matters.
  • The 2 general meeting is held once a year at the beginning of the year. Provided, however, that the meeting may be held temporarily if deemed necessary by the president.
  • The 3 general meeting cannot be held without a majority of the total number of members. Provided, however, that the person submitting the power of attorney shall be deemed to be present.

(Board)

  • Article 12 The Board of Directors shall be organized with the President, Vice-President and Directors, convened as necessary, and shall consider matters deemed important by the General Assembly.

  • Article 13 The Board of Directors shall be formed with a minimum of two-thirds of the members of the Board of Directors (excluding audits), whose voting shall be by majority.

(Handling of personal information)

  • Article 14 The Society will protect personal information (information that can identify individuals, such as member names, addresses, telephone numbers, etc.) and establish a management system for it.

  • 3 Personal information collected by the Society will not be disclosed to third parties. Provided, however, that this shall not apply when stipulated by law.

(Accounting)

  • Article 15 Funds required to achieve and operate the Society include general membership fees (including enrollment fees), fund membership fees, donations and miscellaneous income (hereinafter referred to as "donations"). Etc.).
  • 2 The enrollment fee for regular members is 10,000 yen and will be paid when becoming a regular member. However, no enrollment fee will be required if the student continues to enroll in a major from a college of technology.

(General account)

  • Article 17 The general account budget shall be organized for recurring matters, except as provided in the following article.

(Fund accounting)

  • Article 18 The Fund's Accounting Fund shall assist, as necessary, in matters specified in the following paragraphs.

  • (2) In the event of a technically important matter or unexpected event occurring at the technical college

(Unpaid dues accounting)

  • Article 19 Unpaid dues accounting shall clarify the accounting for general dues and fund dues, and shall expend them as required in the following items.

(fiscal year)

  • Article 20 The Society's fiscal year begins on April 1 of each year and ends on March 31 of the following year.

(Revision of the constitution)

  • Article 21 Amendment of the constitution of the Society must obtain the consent of at least half of the members present at the General Assembly.

Supplementary Provisions
These rules shall come into effect on April 1, 1964.

Supplementary provisions (Showa 38.4.1)

  • 1 This constitution shall come into effect on April 1, 1963.
  • 2 The dues of regular members before the date of enforcement of these constitutions shall be governed by the previous rules, regardless of the provisions of Article 15, paragraph 2.

Supplementary provisions (Showa 61.4.9)
These regulations shall come into effect on April 9, 1986. However, Article 15, Paragraphs 3, 4 and 5 shall apply to students enrolled in 1987, and for students enrolled before that, the same rules shall apply.

Supplementary provisions (Showa 62.4.9)

These rules shall come into effect on April 8, 1996.

Regular member's fund dues are based on the supplementary rules of the Asahikawa National College of Technology, which is a part of the rules of the Asahikawa National College of Technology on April 9, 1987. Therefore, from 1995, 2,000 yen per year is applied regardless of the provisions of Article 15, Paragraph 4 (5,000 yen per student per year).
