On July 24, 2011, an open lecture "Easy casting experience class for parents and children" organized by the Technology Creation Department was held. On the day, 12 people from 6 groups participated. Please see the state of the open lecture day.

• ◎ First, let each person decide the shape of the design plate.
• ◎ Next, cut or scrape the styrofoam to make a model as designed.
• ◎ Embed the completed model in sand to make a mold.
• ◎ When the molten aluminum is poured into the mold, the styrofoam is melted by heat.
• ◎ When the aluminum cools, it hardens to the same shape as the model.
• ◎ Remove sand and trim off excess parts to make shape.
• ◎ Finally, attach the chain and the design plate is complete.
